Installation & Safety Notes

1. Always match the LED strip voltage with the power supply voltage: 12V strip with 12V DC power supply, or 24V strip with 24V DC power supply.

2. Select a power supply with sufficient rated capacity and an appropriate safety margin.

3. For long runs, consider voltage drop, power injection, cable size and parallel connection methods.

4. Do not exceed the recommended bending diameter of 60 mm.

5. Do not bend, twist, cut or modify the LED strip while it is powered.

6. Ensure that electrical connections are properly insulated and protected.

7. Non-waterproof IP20 LED strips should not be exposed to outdoor weather or direct water.

8. For outdoor installations, select the appropriate IP-rated version and ensure all connectors and electrical junctions are adequately sealed.

9. Test adhesive compatibility on the actual installation surface before large-scale installation.

10. For professional projects, installation should comply with applicable local electrical and building regulations.

Pay attention

1. Pay attention to handling with care;

2. Don’t install the product in corrosion, flammable and explosive places;

3. It is strictly prohibited to use any acidic or alkaline adhesives to fix the product. Neutral adhesives are required;

4. In order to avoid the danger of electric shock, please cut off the power supply during process of installation, debugging and moving;

5. Ensure correct and reliable connection of all joints;

6. The product need anti-corrosion environment, such as, avoiding damp, water drop or other adverse elements.

7.The LED strip and accessories can't be squeezed or folded;

8. PCB conductive parts can't be damaged when installation；

9. Installation must conform to electrical safety standard. The LED strip can only be installed by Professionals；

10. Ensure power supply transform operating load with transformer；

11. When install on metal or conductor surface, insulation protection need to be provided to the contact area；

12. Observe positive and negative polarity, ensure correct connection to avoid damaging LED strip；

13. When installation, please prevent static electricity；

1.Can I have a sample for test?

Yes, samples are available. We will offer the sample of LED strip light for 1 to 5 meters, and the sample could provide for customer with free, but the freight will be covered by customer account. The sample freight will be returned to customer account after our cooperation.

2.How about the lead time?

Usually we had material in stock, regular order delivery time 1--5 days after the order (Pl) paid. Custom products 8--15 days(Custom PCB).

3.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

4.Do you accept OEM service?

Yes, we accept OEM order. we will produce the products as your requirement.

5.ls it Ok to print my logo on product and package?

Yes, it is OK. Before our production, please inform us formally, and confirm the design firstly based on the sample that we send to you.

6.Do you accept the third party inspection?

Yes absolutely we accept.

7.How to precede an order for led strip light?

Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly we arrange the production once the payment received. Finally, once finish production, we will arrange shipment and send the track Number with no delay.

8.How much tax should I pay for custom when we buy goods from you?

Different country had different import policy: you need to figure out with Custom, We don't have a exact answer about this. but most of country 25% on the invoice value.
