The rolling light bar is an LED light source system designed for lighting scenes such as advertising light boxes and display walls. The layout of the edged bars is designed to be symmetrical, with light bars arranged on both the left and right sides of the light box, as well as on the top and bottom. This configuration ensures that light is projected from both sides to the center of the light box, avoiding shadows and improving the uniformity of the lighting. The rolling light bar structure, when combined with the symmetrical layout, provides an efficient and uniform surface light source.

We offer a variety of led edged bar lamp bead chips, including SMD3535, SMD3030, and SMD5730. Some of our lamp beads feature diffuse reflection technology and lenses, which effectively increase the angle of illumination while reducing the intensity of the light.The primary benefit of this type of hard light strip is the integrated counter-attack design and the wide-angle lens configuration. This innovative design allows the light to cover both directions, ensuring uniform lighting without any dark areas. The 2W high-power lamp beads enhance the light effect, and the maximum lighting distance can reach 5 meters. The spacing of the light strips can also be adjusted according to the thickness of the light box. The parallel circuit is designed to prevent voltage drop, facilitate rapid installation, and enhance lighting efficiency.

The LED hard light strip utilizes a thickened aluminum substrate and aluminum profile coating, a PMMA lens, and a nano-level refractive layer. It is equipped with high-brightness brand lamp beads (CREE chip, OSRAM chip, Epistar chip, etc.). Additionally, it is equipped with pure copper connecting wire. We offer three options for quantity: 6leds/pc, 12leds/pc, and 20leds/pc.

Installation:

1. Ensure that the correct DC voltage is supplied and distinguish between positive and negative; in general, the gray (red) wire is positive and the white (black) is negative.

2. Avoid short circuits by following the above connections.

3.It is essential that this product be installed and serviced by a qualified, licensed electrician.

4. Do waterproof treatment and anti-corrosion treatment before wiring.

5. Make sure the connection and installation are good before turning on the light.

6. Do not use chemical solvents in the environment.

7. It is imperative that the LED module and its components not be subjected to mechanical stress.

8. It is imperative that the conductive paths on the circuit board remain undamaged during the assembly process. To ensure safe operation, it is imperative to utilize an electronically stabilized power supply to avert short circuits, overloads, and overheating.

1.Can I have a sample for test?

Yes, samples are available. We will offer the sample of LED edged bar for 1 to 20 pcs, and the sample could provide for customer with free, but the freight will be covered by customer account. The sample freight will be returned to customer account after our cooperation.

Usually we had material in stock, regular order delivery time 1--5 days after the order (Pl) paid. Custom products 8--15 days(Custom PCB).
